A former member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers global partner and leadership development team, in Learning & Profesional Development, Amanda has extensive experience of leadership development and learning, talent management and diversity & inclusion. She has worked internationally and across a range of industries and sectors.
At PwC Amanda was responsible for development designed to foster creative thinking and innovation, and to develop skills for sustainable high performance and well-being. She has also held senior HR operational roles, working with leaders to define and implement strategy, building organisational capability through culture, leadership development, talent management and employee engagement.
Amanda brings a powerful blend of commercial acumen and psychological insight to optimise people performance. She has a keen focus on 'keeping pressure positive' and creating diverse and inclusive working environments where engagement, sustainable performance and innovation are more likely to thrive. She serves on the Steering Committee for the London Managing Partner/CEO Forum, is Vice President of the Women in Banking & Finance diversity network, and a judge for the European Leadership Awards.
For a number of years, Amanda was the external examiner for London's South Bank University Masters programme in Human Resources, and a member of the Ethics & Professional Standards Committee at the Metanoia Training Institute.
Relevant Qualifications: Amanda holds Masters Degrees in Human Resource Management and Integrative Psychotherapy, and a Certificate in Supervision for Coaching & Mentoring. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a registered practitioner with the UK Council for Psychotherapy. She is a fully accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS) and holds membership of the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP), the British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching Psychology (BPS SGCP) and the Association for Coaching (AC). She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
