Amanda works with executives in the private and public sectors to create climates where innovation, sustainable high performance and well-being are more likely to thrive.
She supports clients and their teams to strengthen resilience and further develop skills to manage themselves and lead others in dynamic competitive environments - recognising that successful leaders and managers must harness diverse talents and stakeholder groups if they are to deliver the business agenda.
She has a background in executive development, organisational change and human resources and as a principal consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers she worked internationally and in multi-disciplinary teams. Amanda was the global manager for leadership development programmes designed to foster creative thinking and innovation in leaders, and to develop skills for peak effectiveness and well-being at the partner and director levels. She also held senior operational roles working with business leaders to define and implement strategy, and to enhance business performance through resourcing, retaining and developing the organisation’s skills and talent.
Amanda holds Masters degrees in Human Resource Management and Integrative Psychotherapy. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a registered practitioner with the UK Council For Psychotherapy. Amanda is a Coach Supervisor for the Oxford Brookes University MA in Coaching & Mentoring Practice and an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS). She is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists, the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology and the Association for Coaching. Amanda is a former member of the Ethics & Professional Standards Committee at the Metanoia Training Institute, and for a number of years was the external examiner for London's South Bank University Masters programme in Human Resources.
